Our refund policy lasts up to 15 days from the date of delivery. If this period has passed since your order was delivered, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

Unused and in the same condition that you received it
In the original packaging
Accompanied by proof of purchase (e.g., receipt or order number)

Refunds are not guaranteed for:

Buyer’s remorse
Incorrect address entered at checkout
Packages marked as “delivered” by the carrier
Sale or clearance items (if applicable)

3. Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 5 days of delivery with:

Your order number
A description of the issue
Clear photos of the item and packaging

We will assess your claim and, if valid, offer a replacement or refund.

4. Missing or Delayed Orders

Please allow up to 30 for international shipping. If your order has not arrived after this time, contact us to initiate an investigation and refund if necessary.
