Shipping Policy

Volt and Vogue shipping policy:

1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.

 

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Delivery times vary depending on your location and the shipping option chosen. Estimated delivery time is typically between 1 to 14 business days.

 

3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped, containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

 

4. International Shipping

We offer international shipping to select countries. International shipping rates and delivery times vary based on the destination. Please note that your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT) which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Volt and Vogue is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

 

5. Shipping Restrictions

We currently do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses. Additionally, there may be restrictions on some products for certain international destinations.

 

6. Damages
